Job description

Tasks

• Preparation of regulatory reports for FINMA, including capital and liquidity calculations
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and special reports, including narrative commentary
• Support in preparing Basel III Pillar 3 disclosure reports
• Documentation of closing processes, mainly in English
• Provision of specialized regulatory reporting support for international locations worldwide
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with internal controls

Project tasks (approx. 10%)

• Support in creating functional specifications and testing functional and technical adjustments in the regulatory reporting application (Axiom)
• Support in implementing new regulatory requirements with regard to SNB statistical reporting, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting
• Analysis and continuous optimization of existing processes

Requirements

• Education in finance or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in banking accounting required
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and RV (Swiss banking law)
• Understanding of the Basel III capital and liquidity framework is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office; experience with Axiom/SI is an advantage
