Tasks

The tasks include:

• Support and execution of financial operations
• Contribution to the accuracy of financial reporting
• Support for strategic decision-making processes through sound analysis

Regulatory reporting tasks

Regulatory reporting tasks include:

• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and special reports, including narrative commentary
• Support in preparing the annual Basel III Pillar 3 disclosure reports
• Comprehensive documentation of the closing processes, mainly in English
• Provision of specialist regulatory reporting support at international locations worldwide
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with internal controls

project tasks

The project tasks include (approx. 20%):

• Support in creating functional specifications and test runs for functional and technical adjustments in the regulatory reporting application (Axiom)
• Representation of Regulatory Reporting as a business partner in various IT projects and in the introduction of new banking products
• Support in implementing new regulatory requirements with regard to SNB statistical reporting, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting
• Analysis and continuous optimization of existing processes

Requirements

The requirements include:

• Higher financial or business education
• Several years of professional experience in bank accounting is required.
• Previous project experience in financial accounting, particularly in the regulatory area, is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of IFRS and RV (Swiss banking GAAP)
• Expertise in Basel III capital and liquidity frameworks (LCR, NSFR)
• Proven experience in the commercial implementation of new banking products
