Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Tasks

• Preparation of FINMA regulatory reports, including capital and liquidity calculations
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and special reports, including narrative commentary
• Support in preparing Basel III Pillar 3 disclosure reports
• Documentation of closing processes, mainly in English
• Provision of specialist regulatory reporting support at international locations worldwide
• Ensuring ongoing compliance with internal controls

Project tasks (approx. 10%)

• Support in creating functional specifications and testing functional and technical adjustments in the regulatory reporting application (Axiom)
• Support in implementing new regulatory requirements with regard to SNB statistical reporting, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting
• Analysis and continuous optimization of existing processes

Your profile

• Education in finance or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in financial bank accounting is required.
• Deep understanding of IFRS and RVI (Swiss banking GAAP)
• Understanding of the Basel III capital and liquidity framework is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, experience with AxiomSL is advantageous
• Previous project experience is advantageous
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are required. Fluency in German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with an independent, precise approach to work
• Team-oriented personality with a genuine interest in taking on new challenges
• High resilience and flexibility
