Relationship Director - LC

Tasks

As Relationship Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding clients' strategic priorities and providing advisory services in the areas of cash management, risk management, investment management, and capital raising
• Identifying new business opportunities through a deep understanding of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB)'s products and services and the market
• Building strong relationships with client industries and providing relevant CIB and market services
• Delivering high-quality services to our CIB and retail clients by leveraging our expertise and knowledge to help them achieve their goals
• Leading and developing a team of relationship managers and providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are highly effective

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Substantial relevant experience in a customer relationship management or corporate banking environment
• Strong understanding of CIB and market services
• Extensive knowledge of markets and products
• Extensive experience in leading or managing customer-focused teams
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working for a global bank or a similar financial services organization

Desirable are:

• CFA, CAIA, or equivalent
• Experience working with clients of the Financial Institution Group
