Relationship Manager Assistant Benelux

Your role

As a Relationship Manager Assistant Benelux at our bank, you will not only be an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the day-to-day business, but also be able to develop into a Client Relationship Manager. You will provide seamless, client-centric experience through efficient administrative, operational and compliance related tasks.

Your tasks

• Partners with CRMs to manage day-to-day business
• Answering customer inquiries by e-mail or telephone
• Carrying out account openings, closings and other documentation
• Preparation of customer meetings and occasional events
• Monitoring of client portfolios, processing of client orders, management of asset maturities and corporate actions
• Dealing with internal and external guidelines and compliance regulations, including FATCA, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

Your profile

• University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking training
• 3-5 years practical experience in private banking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to assess problems and set priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Strong work ethic, integrity and high sense of responsibility
• Fluency in Dutch; very good knowledge of English and German; fluency in French is a plus
