Relationship Manager Assistant - Poland

Your role

As a Relationship Manager Assistant - Poland at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will serve as an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing all day-to-day business operations and will help deliver a seamless, client-focused experience through efficient administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

Your tasks

• Integration with CRMs for Managing Day-to-Day Business Operations
• Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone
• Handling account openings, closings, and other documentation
• Preparing for client meetings and occasional events
• Monitoring client portfolios, handling client orders in the absence of CRMs, managing investment maturities and corporate actions
• Compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Initial relevant professional experience in private banking
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with the Avaloq banking software is a plus
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or Polish is a plus
