Relationship Manager, External Asset Managers & Multi-Family Offices (M/F)

The Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers & Multi-Family Offices is responsible for maintaining relationships with external asset managers and multi-family offices and is expected to support clients through personalized service and tailored solutions. The position requires experience in the financial sector, particularly in client relationship management and the sales of banking services, and is based in Luxembourg.

missions

  • Maintaining relationships and communicating with our partners to provide a prompt response to their requests, while consistently prioritizing quality and personalized service.
  • Supporting existing customers by offering them simple solutions and proactively facilitating interactions with all of the bank’s representatives.
  • Daily account monitoring, processing of transaction flows (stock market orders, foreign exchange transactions, etc.).
  • You will also support the Automation team in improving automated processes, excluding the bank's own automated processes.
  • You are involved in the fight against money laundering and regularly review past transactions.
  • You will play an active role in developing monitoring tools and improving internal processes.
  • You identify business opportunities and proactively suggest new ideas to existing clients.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of the department’s strategic and operational priorities, particularly by promoting our investment banking services, our product offerings, and our digital solutions, as well as any operational projects that are of structural and/or tactical interest to you.
  • Ensure reporting to clients in the customer segments and to department management
  • You ensure that customers in the relevant segments remain fully operational in the event of your absence.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (5 years) / Master's degree (2 years) or higher
  • Education / Specialization: Economics / Finance / Banking
  • Minimum years of experience: 6–10
  • Regulatory and procedural knowledge
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements in effect within the Indosuez Group regarding compliance and the related products.
  • Knowledge of the tools and procedures used to manage the risks associated with their business for both clients and the bank.
