Your tasks

• Thanks to your network, you can develop and maintain your portfolio of existing clients and commercial prospects in the Neuchâtel region
• Vous êtes en charge de nos clients privés et commerciaux sur le marché suisse ayant des besoins d'investissements complexes
• You analyze and develop innovative solutions in the areas of real estate and corporate finance as well as support in other banking services such as placements, wealth management and retirement planning
• Vous assurez le suivi continui des risques de crédit et veillez au respect des exigences de conformité dans toutes les relations clients (documentation KYC, LBA, MiFID, etc.)
• Vous identifiez les potentiels de vente croisés et additionnelle (up-/cross-selling) afin de garantir la rentabilité des relations clients
• Vous vous tenez régulièrement informé(e) et développez vos compétences afin de rester performant(e) en un environnement en constante évolution

Requirements

• With a solid banking education (university or secondary school); ideally with an SAQ certification
• You have confirmed experience in commercial finance and are ready to identify and prospect for new clients in the Jura Arc region
• You have great relational skills, negotiation skills, a good sense of initiative and a well-developed sense of responsibility
• You are a positive and communicative person who attaches great importance to working in a team
• De langue maternelle française, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais
