Relationship Manager Financing

As a Relationship Manager Financing, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and the profitable growth of the existing client portfolio in the financing sector, as well as providing needs-oriented support and advice to discerning clients.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new clients in the credit and investment sector and the development/profitable growth of our own existing client portfolio in the financing sector
  • You will be responsible for providing needs-oriented support and advice to demanding existing and target customers, conducting financing discussions and ensuring high-quality customer service
  • You prepare financing and loan applications for the approving credit authorities
  • You ensure ongoing credit risk monitoring and adhere to the compliance requirements for all client relationships (KYC documentation, AML, KYC, MIFID, etc.)
  • You exploit up-cross-selling potential and ensure customer profitability
  • You are responsible for the documentation of all customer activities in CRM
  • They keep up to date with the latest developments and undergo further training to deepen their knowledge

Requirements

  • You have a banking apprenticeship and a higher banking or business education
  • Ideally supplemented by SAQ certification
  • Several years of professional experience in the Swiss banking business in the Espace Mittelland (Fribourg - Berne - Solothurn) with a focus on commercial business in the mortgage sector
  • Analyzing balance sheets and income statements and recognizing potential credit risks is no problem for you
  • In addition, you will have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • German is your mother tongue and your knowledge of French complements your profile
  • Your impeccable manners, your confident demeanor, your well-groomed appearance and your committed, independent approach round off the job profile
