Relationship Manager - HNWI

UBS is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Lugano office to build and maintain client relationships in order to grow the business and support wealth management for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate will have experience in wealth management, excellent communication skills, and a strong network.

Your role

As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining trusting customer partnerships with a focus on strategic consulting. Your responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining an effective strategy for managing and growing a customer base
  • Defining advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients' needs, in collaboration with the Client Advisor, to proactively identify investment opportunities within their own network
  • Supporting client advisors to help grow our business
  • the ability to close a deal

Your team

You will work on the UHNWI team in Italy, helping our clients plan and manage their wealth and driving the growth of our clients' assets. As a Relationship Manager, you will also support our clients' personal development.

Your expertise

For this role, you will need:
  • practical experience in wealth management
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • a proven track record of success in finding solutions
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Resilience and Flexibility as a Team Player
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Italian and/or English
