Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)

About the job

The Relationship Manager Private Banking (RM) is the primary contact between the client and the bank. He/she acts as an external ambassador for the bank and is responsible for the proactive and autonomous management of a portfolio of high net worth and/or ultra high net worth clients.

Tasks

The RM is responsible for:
  • Providing comprehensive asset management solutions to meet client needs
  • The proactive and autonomous management of a portfolio of clients
  • Representing the bank as an ambassador
  • Proactively delivering customer feedback to the relevant specialists within the bank
  • Participation in the development and implementation of customer initiatives and new marketing strategies

Risk management and customer administration

The RM is responsible for:
  • The proactive development and delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • The continuous deepening of customer relationships and the optimization of sales through the acquisition of new customers and the increase in market share
  • Proactive management of customer risks and development of succession strategies to minimize attrition risks and losses due to generational change
  • Implementation and achievement of a "first time right" culture, including high KYC quality, positive control results, and high-quality CDD documentation
