The Relationship Manager Private Banking (RM) is the primary contact between the client and the bank. He/she acts as an external ambassador for the bank and is responsible for the proactive and autonomous management of a portfolio of high net worth and/or ultra high net worth clients.Tasks
The RM is responsible for:- Providing comprehensive asset management solutions to meet client needs
- The proactive and autonomous management of a portfolio of clients
- Representing the bank as an ambassador
- Proactively delivering customer feedback to the relevant specialists within the bank
- Participation in the development and implementation of customer initiatives and new marketing strategies
Risk management and customer administration
The RM is responsible for:- The proactive development and delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients
- The continuous deepening of customer relationships and the optimization of sales through the acquisition of new customers and the increase in market share
- Proactive management of customer risks and development of succession strategies to minimize attrition risks and losses due to generational change
- Implementation and achievement of a "first time right" culture, including high KYC quality, positive control results, and high-quality CDD documentation
