Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)
As a Private Banking Relationship Manager in Hong Kong, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and be responsible for managing their assets and developing customized financial solutions. The position requires a college degree in economics, fluency in German and English, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Tasks
- As a Private Residing Relationship Manager (RMB), you are the primary point of contact between the client and the bank.
- You will report to management or a client-facing employee and will be responsible for managing clients' wealth and a designated client base, which may include Portfolio and Retail World Private Clients.
- You will work with the advisory wealth management team to manage clients' needs and requests and fulfill their wishes.
- We serve bank clients with high-net-worth needs and advocate for our clients' priorities and concerns.
- We communicate and actively engage with our customers in a dynamic and professional manner.
- To achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and attain the highest level of customer loyalty by meeting our customers' expectations and needs.
- Providing a personal touch and offering solutions for clients with high-net-worth needs.
- Understanding the client's investment profile, as well as their investment goals and risks.
- Assist the client in implementing and executing investment strategies and ensure that the client's requirements and investments are met.
- Increasing returns for clients by developing new products and services.
- Participation in the development and implementation of our training and development programs.
- Supporting the development of new products and services for the market and for our employees.
- Training and professional development for employees in the areas of financial planning, risk management, and product knowledge.
- Ensuring high-quality results and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participation in the development of our business model.
- Participate in the development and implementation of training and development programs for the bank and its subsidiaries.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of customer service and adherence to quality standards.

- Providing an appropriate level of service to customers in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers.

- Manage client assets and ensure that client assets are managed and monitored so that all clients receive the appropriate services in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
