Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)
The Relationship Manager (Hong Kong) is the main point of contact for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients and is responsible for comprehensive wealth management and client relationships. The position includes the independent management of a client portfolio and the development of individual wealth management solutions.
Job description: Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)
Tasks
- The Relationship Manager (RM) is the main point of contact between the customer and the bank.
- He/she acts externally as an ambassador for the bank and is responsible for the proactive and autonomous management of a portfolio of high net worth and/or ultra high net worth private clients.
- He/she delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet the needs of clients.
Customer experience
- RM serves clients with the highest quality standards and represents Julius Baer's prestigious market position as a pure asset manager:
- He/she responds to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- He/she ensures that customers have consistently high levels of satisfaction.
- He/she provides appropriate investment advice in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and asset allocation.
- He/she is responsible for proactively delivering customer feedback on products and services to the appropriate specialists within the bank.
Brochures & customer management
- The RM is responsible for proactively developing and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth and/or Ultra High Net Worth clients:
- He/she applies a collaborative team approach, including the appropriate use of specialists.
- He/she continuously deepens customer relationships and optimizes sales by acquiring new customers and increasing the share of wallet/cross-selling.
- He/she proactively manages customers who represent a risk and develops a follow-up strategy.
Risk management
- The RM is responsible for managing day-to-day business risks and is an integral part of the first line of defense.
- He/she ensures that there is a strong culture of compliance, ethical behavior and sound risk management practices.
- He/she implements and achieves an appropriate "First Time Right" culture.
