Relationship Manager (Liechtenstein)

Sigynrum is seeking a Relationship Manager in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the digital asset sector. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in client management, a strong sales background, and knowledge of European banking regulations.

Tasks

  • Develop and foster (new) client relationships across the private, corporate, and institutional sectors through strategic networking and industry engagement.
  • Drive business development by identifying new prospects and managing a strong pipeline, ensuring that client needs are anticipated and met (including digital asset management, trading orders, etc.)
  • Lead the end-to-end client journey, from initial contact to seamless onboarding, working closely with Legal & Compliance, Operations, and external partners.
  • Provide tailored, solution-oriented support to clients, including transactions and product-related orders
  • Provide product and technical support, contract amendments and operational support, complaint resolution, and client feedback loops
  • Collaborate across functions with internal teams such as Asset Management and Operations to design customized proposals, such as trading.
  • Stay at the forefront of the crypto market landscape by gaining a deep understanding of Sigynrum’s offerings and competitive strengths, staying up to date on digital asset trading and regulatory developments, attending conferences, building engagement, and maintaining a strong network of institutional and professional contacts.

Requirements

  • BSc/BBA in Business Administration, finance, or a related field. An MSc/MBA/CSCA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in client service or relationship management with private and/or institutional clients.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth with a "hunter" mentality, a strong sales mindset, and a results-oriented approach to winning and expanding client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with client onboarding (both individuals and legal entities), including a strong understanding of European banking regulations and the AMLD compliance framework.
  • A combination of consultative and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-location teams
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
