Relationship Manager (Liechtenstein)

Sygnum is seeking a Relationship Manager in Triesen, Liechtenstein, to build and maintain client relationships in the digital asset space to drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in client service or relationship management and possess a strong sales mindset and analytical skills.

Tasks

  • Growth and maintenance of (new) customer relationships in the private, corporate, and institutional segments through strategic relationship management and industry engagement.
  • Support business development by acquiring new customers and managing a robust pipeline to ensure customer needs are met (including digital assets, trade orders, etc.).
  • Management of the entire customer process, from initial contact to smooth onboarding, in close cooperation with the legal and compliance departments, operations, and external partners.
  • Providing tailored, solution-oriented support to customers, including transactions and trade orders, product and technical support, contract changes, and operational inquiries; supplementing and coordinating customer feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Asset Management and Trading to design customized offers for clients.
  • Stay up to date with the crypto market through a deep understanding of Sygnum's offerings and competitive advantages, maintaining knowledge of digital asset trends and regulatory developments, attending conferences, and actively building and maintaining a strong network of institutional and professional contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree/MBA/CFA is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in customer service or relationship management with private and/or institutional clients.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth with a hunter mentality, combining a strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach to winning and expanding customer relationships.
  • Practical experience with customer onboarding (both private individuals and legal entities), including a deep understanding of European banking regulations and AML/KYC compliance frameworks.
  • Combination of advisory and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams in different locations.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
