The Relationship Manager (Liechtenstein) at Sygnum is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships in the digital asset space and is expected to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through strategic networking and business development. Main tasks
- Establishing and maintaining (new) customer relationships in the private, corporate and institutional segments through strategic networking and industry engagement.
- Drive business development by developing new prospects and managing a robust pipeline to anticipate and fulfill client needs (including digital asset transactions, trade orders, etc.).
- Leading the end-to-end customer journey, from first contact to seamless onboarding, in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance, Operations and external partners.
- Deliver customized, solution-oriented support services to clients, including transactions and trade orders, product and technical support, contract amendments and operational requests; complement and coordinate with asset management and collateral teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Asset Management and Trading to create customized proposals for clients.
- Staying at the forefront of the crypto market landscape through deep understanding of Sygnum's offerings and competitive strengths, staying abreast of digital asset trends and regulatory developments, attending conferences, actively building and maintaining a strong network of institutional and professional contacts.
Ideal candidate
- BSc/BBA in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- MSc/MA/CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in client service or relationship management with private and/or institutional clients.
- Track record of driving business growth with a "hunter mentality" that combines a strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach to winning and expanding customer relationships.
- Hands-on experience with client onboarding (both private individuals and legal entities), including a deep understanding of European banking regulation and AML, CFT compliance frameworks.
- Combination of consultative and analytical skills, with careful attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with teams in different locations.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
