Relationship Manager (Liechtenstein)
The Relationship Manager at Sygnum in Liechtenstein is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships in the field of digital assets and is expected to increase sales through strategic networking and business development. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in customer service or relationship management and a strong sales mentality.
Tasks
The main tasks include:- Growth and maintenance of (new) customer relationships in the private, corporate, and institutional segments through strategic networking and industry engagement.
- Business development through the acquisition of new prospects and management of a robust pipeline to ensure that customer needs are met (including digital assets, trade orders, etc.).
- Management of the entire customer process, from initial contact to seamless onboarding, in close collaboration with legal and compliance, operations, and external partners.
- Providing tailored, solution-oriented support to customers, including transactions and trade orders, product and technical support, contract changes, and operational inquiries; adhering to compliance and customer feedback loops.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Asset Management and Trading to create customized proposals for clients.
- Staying up to date with the crypto market through a deep understanding of Sygnum's offering and competitive advantages, maintaining knowledge of digital assets and regulatory developments, attending conferences, and actively building and maintaining a strong network of institutional and professional contacts.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate has:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- A master's degree, MBA, or CFA is an advantage.
- 5+ years of proven experience in customer service or relationship management with private and/or institutional clients.
- Proven track record of driving business growth with a hunter mentality that combines a strong sales spirit with a results-oriented approach to winning and expanding customer relationships.
- Practical experience with customer onboarding (both private individuals and legal entities), including a deep understanding of European banking regulations and AML/CFT compliance frameworks.
- Combination of advisory and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams in different locations.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
