Relationship Manager; Partner Business (f/m)
Liberty Vorsorge AG is looking for a Relationship Manager/Partner Business (m/f) for the region around Yverdon, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel, Bienne, Fribourg and Jura to develop and sell occupational and private pension solutions. The new employee will support and expand an existing network of partners in order to achieve the sales targets.
Job description
Tasks
- Distribution of LPP and 1e solutions through our sales partners or direct sales
- Supporting existing sales partners with advice on occupational and private pension provision
- Establishment of a network of brokers for the sale of LPP and 1e solutions in the region
- Support for direct customers in the LPP and 1e sectors within the company's own market region
- Development and implementation of strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conducting customer interviews and active representation at Liberty events
- Participation in internal and external training and further education programs
- Participation in projects to develop our product range
Requirements
- Excellent network in the field of occupational pensions and in the broker community
- Several years of experience in advising on LPP and 1e solutions and in working with brokers and corporate clients
- Excellent ability to analyze and process complex and high-quality information
