Tasks
- Development and maintenance of trustworthy client relationships with a focus on strategic consulting
- Implement an effective strategy for managing and developing a customer book
- Definition of advisory processes and agreements that meet the needs of our clients in collaboration with the client advisor
- Supporting the client advisor in identifying potential business opportunities within their own book
- Ensure that clients are managed in a way that contributes to an effective risk culture within the team
Requirements
- Experience in asset management
- Knowledge of financial products
- Successful experience in finding solutions
- Excellent networking and contact building skills
- Resilient team player with a strong sense of service
- Very organized, with excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and/or English
