- Advising and supporting clients in the areas of investment, financing and pensions in close cooperation with internal specialists
- Expansion of existing business relationships in the 1 to 5 million segment on the left bank with its own customer book
- Actively recognizing and exploiting potential and developing customers in the right segments
- Developing needs-oriented solutions that take into account the individual wishes, goals and life situation of our clients
- Collaboration in marketing measures relevant to target groups, in particular contact campaigns and representative tasks
Your profile
- University degree in Banking & Finance (HF/FH) or shortly before graduation
- Professional experience in customer service and advice, including managing your own customer book (at least 5 years)
- Very good knowledge in the areas of investments, financing and pensions
- You score points with your trusting, communicative and empathetic manner
- Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
- Very good knowledge of German and English - any other language is an advantage
