As a Relationship Manager:in UHNWI, you will be responsible for providing holistic advice and support to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) in order to develop individual and customized solutions for their wealth management. You will develop solutions together with internal specialists and manage deal teams to bring client cases to a successful conclusion.

Tasks

  • Holistic advice and support for clients at the asset level, development and implementation of client solutions including consideration of bankable assets as well as non-bankable assets
  • Development of customized solutions together with internal specialists
  • Active support and management of "deal teams" to bring comprehensive client cases to a successful conclusion
  • Continuous and systematic development of the internal and external network in order to generate sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience in private banking, preferably in the UHNW segment or in a related demanding client field
  • Higher basic education (university, university of applied sciences) and further qualifications (MBA, CFA, AZEK, etc.) in finance
  • An established network with UHNWI French-speaking clients in Switzerland is considered very relevant
  • Ideally specialized knowledge in at least one of the following categories: Asset management, capital markets, complex financing, in-depth tax knowledge, legal knowledge in relation to succession and asset structuring issues, support for liquidity events
  • Ability to work together to find the best solutions for customers
  • Fluent in French and German, other languages an advantage
