Relationship Officer Team Lead
The Relationship Officer Team Lead is responsible for leading a team to manage client relationships, acquire new business and minimize risk. The position involves monitoring accounts, ensuring compliance and managing staff to provide first class customer service.

Tasks
- Leading a team of 6-10 Ext. Management Team Leads in the management of a portfolio of approx. 20-30 clients
- Acquiring new business, managing risks and ensuring compliance
- Efficient organization, prioritization and monitoring of accounts
- Ensuring a smooth ext. process with the necessary controls
What you will do:
- Having difficult conversations with customers
- Manage client relationships under the title "agreed", including maintenance of client data, P&Ls and constructive ADP
- Motivate and lead a team to represent the best interests of the organization and adapt processes when faced with challenges
- Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders
In this role you will:
- Ensure that the team meets the highest standards of excellence in customer service
- Oversee the timely closure of accounts in full compliance with internal controls and global standards
- Manage controls for transactions, settlements, confirmations, collateral calls and SAFE/accumulation
- Create profit & loss on bank net assets (xls) and daily analyses of P&L and Accrued and prepare ad hoc analyses
- Provide proactive solutions for net-to-be-stamped transactions for the RMC/ESC
- Manage DTFA/IFRS16 and LCR on a daily basis for corporate treasurers
- Ensure that all team members are aware of the deadlines for the delivery of daily P&Ls to the ETRM
- Take responsibility for quality assurance and accuracy of results from transactions/settlements
- Maintain good productivity during changes and account reconciliations
- Identify systemic and procedural weaknesses and take responsibility for the closure process if risks are identified
- Support the Closing Simplification Initiative and participate in the global Closing Simplification Initiative
Requirements
- Ability to motivate yourself and the team and achieve high performance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, fluent in French and English; written and spoken Spanish; optional: Italian or Portuguese a plus
- At least 2 years of general office skills and/or experience demonstrating growing expertise
- Knowledge of banking products and processes
