Relationship Officer Team Lead

The Relationship Officer Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Officers and ensuring the proper execution of client portfolios. The role includes monitoring exit processes, communicating with clients and stakeholders and ensuring quality standards.

Tasks

  • Management of a team of 6-10 Relationship Officers and 1-2 assistants
  • Ensure handover of customers and solutions to the team
  • Ensure the transfer of information to the CBP team
  • Execute exit processes efficiently, proactively and accurately
  • Ensure that KPIs and KRIs are met
  • Having difficult conversations with customers
  • Managing Relationship Officers under the aspect 'Report on the business' and 'Key objectives'
  • Ensure direct costs, P&Ls and constructive ADP management
  • Leading a substantial, focused and motivated team
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the team maintains the highest standards of customer service
  • Monitoring the timely closure of accounts and adherence to compliance requirements
  • Perform checks in transactions, exception monitoring, proactive recalls and SAFE verification
  • Create profit & loss reports for bank exit accounts
  • Provide proactive updates on exit processes to key stakeholders
  • Manage DGIF/Payment/Trade tickets for all important customer structures
  • Signing daily accounts with B2B2C
  • Ensure quality control and key performance results
  • Identify and eliminate system and process weaknesses
  • Support the Closing Simplification Initiative and participate in the global initiative

Requirements

  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in French, German and English
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in financial services and a proven track record
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes
