Relationship & Service Specialist LuxCredit (m/f/d)

Tasks

• End-to-end loan processing: From application to disbursement, including legal compliance
• Internal coordination: Close coordination with specialist departments, rapid operational readiness
• B2B support & consulting: Expert guidance throughout the entire credit process, provision of necessary documents
• Clarification of contracts and conditions: Advice on the optimal product solution
• Quality assurance & compliance: Careful review of internal guidelines, complete documentation
• Process optimization: Participation in the further development of practical ideas for increasing efficiency
• Data quality & reporting: Responsibility for data and statistics for control and transparency
• Deadline and appointment management: Monitoring deadlines, appointments, and payment runs, as well as proper archiving of credit files

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, banking training, or comparable qualification—ideally with experience in lending or a similar field
• IT skills and experience with credit reporting are an advantage
