Relationship & Service Specialist LuxCredit (m/f/d)

LuxCredit, a specialist in relationship management and customer service, is responsible for end-to-end loan processing, internal coordination, and B2B support and consulting in the area of credit and guarantees in Luxembourg. The position requires a completed commercial or banking education, as well as experience in the credit business.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • End-to-end loan processing: From application to disbursement, including legal compliance
  • Internal Coordination: Close coordination with departments to ensure rapid response and implementation capabilities
  • B2B Support & Consulting: Comprehensive support throughout the entire loan process, compilation of necessary documents
  • Contract and Terms and Conditions Clauses: Advice on the Best Product and Terms and Conditions Solution
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, complete documentation
  • Process Optimization: Contributing to practical ideas for improving efficiency
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Variances and Statistics for Management and Transparency
  • Deadline and appointment management: Monitoring deadlines, appointments, and payment runs, as well as proper archiving of credit files

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:
  • Has completed a commercial apprenticeship, banking training, or holds a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the lending business
  • has an affinity for IT and experience with credit reporting, which is an advantage
