Relationship & Service Specialist LuxCredit (m/f/d)
DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a LuxCredit Relationship & Service Specialist (m/f/d) who will be responsible for end-to-end credit processing, internal coordination, and B2B support and consulting. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial or banking training and have experience in the credit business or private banking.
Tasks
- End-to-end loan processing: Variant-specific application submission through to disbursement, including legal completeness
- Internal coordination: Close coordination between departments, rapid response times
- B2B support & consulting: Comprehensive support throughout the entire credit process, provision of necessary documents
- Clarification of contracts and terms and conditions: Advice on the optimal product and terms and conditions solution
- Quality assurance & compliance: Ensuring guidelines are followed, complete documentation
- Process optimization: Contribution to practical ideas for increasing efficiency
- Data quality & reporting: Completion and statistics for control and transparency
- Deadline and appointment management: Monitoring deadlines, appointments, and payment runs, as well as proper archiving of credit files
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, banking training, or comparable qualification—ideally with experience in lending or private banking
- IT skills and experience with credit reporting are an advantage
