Remote Access Engineer (Citrix NetScaler & Zscaler Private Access)

Tasks

• As part of a dedicated remote engineering team, continuously develop and manage the Julie Beer Service DES and NetScaler Gateway infrastructure using high-availability components, while managing security and data networks for employees and customers.
• Create and manage network security domains with Julie Beer using NetScaler Gateway and Zscaler Private Access.
• Manage and improve the network security infrastructure within high-availability components, including security policies, access controls, and network monitoring.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, including penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with other teams, including the IT department, to ensure the security and integrity of the network.
• Provide training and support to employees on best practices for network security.
• Take the lead in strategic management during this complex, global transformation journey and the associated engineering projects; contribute to solving complex problems; and develop innovative solutions.
• Continuously improve the global engineering network, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Gain hands-on experience with security technologies alongside the team, including IBM Qradar, Palo Alto Networks NGFW, Fortigate Networks, Sentinel, PIA, and Cisco ISE.

Requirements

• Experienced Remote Access Engineer with expertise in Citrix NetScaler and Zscaler Private Access.
• Ability to lead the global network engineering team.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for the continuous improvement of network security.
