Remote Access Engineer (Citrix NetScaler & Zscaler Private Access)

Tasks

• As part of a dedicated access security engineering team, design, configure, and continuously improve the architecture of the Julia (Citrix NetScaler ADC) and Nutanix NetScaler (Citrix NetScaler ADC) platforms to ensure secure, scalable, and zero-trust access to private applications and corporate resources.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure remote access solutions, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), application delivery policies, trusted site rules, multi-factor authentication, and traffic shaping.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure remote access solutions, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) as well as Nutanix NetScaler, Nutanix NetScaler ADC, and Nutanix NetScaler ADC.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Citrix and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) configurations to ensure a seamless user experience; manage access policies, application configurations, and traffic shaping.
• Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate ZPA into enterprise solutions (SD-WAN, cloud infrastructure, and identity management systems).
• Manage and support Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and NetScaler ADC (NetScaler GPTM), including TLS authentication and other secure application access methods.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Citrix and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) configurations to ensure a seamless user experience; manage access policies, application configurations, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Provide 24/7 (in certain time zones) and on-call support for access security systems in the event of incidents to minimize the impact.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and processes, and contribute to the knowledge base.
• As a subject matter expert, provide support to internal stakeholders regarding remote access requests.
• Ability for the infrastructure operations team to support and manage access security solutions, training, and platform development.

Requirements

• Highly professional training and experience in implementing network, monitoring, and modeling solutions, including Nutanix and Citrix.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with zero-trust principles.
• Ability to design and deploy secure access solutions that meet the organization's security requirements.
