Tasks

• As a Remote Mortgage Advisor, you are the first point of contact for new customers who are facing one of the most important financial decisions of their lives—a mortgage.
• You play a crucial role in ensuring that our new customers have a top-notch digital experience when they take out a mortgage.
• Together with your dedicated team and a state-of-the-art suite of digital tools, you’ll guide our clients from the initial contact through to the signing of the contract.

Skills and Experience

• A completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training
• Ideally, a higher vocational or college education, or a willingness to pursue such a qualification
• Experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in consulting or sales.
• Strong sales skills, a passion for engaging with customers, and exceptional consulting expertise
• Digital literacy and the ability to use remote tools and technologies confidently
• A structured, solution-oriented, and risk-aware approach to work
• Strong communication skills
