Remote Advisor Mortgage

The role

As a Remote Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients who are facing one of the most important financial decisions of their lives—financing their own home. With your expertise, passion for sales, and ability to build trust, you’ll guide clients from the initial consultation through to closing. Together with a dedicated team and modern digital tools, you’ll help shape the future of mortgage advising.

What we wish for

• A completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training.
• Ideally, a higher vocational or college degree, or a willingness to pursue such a qualification.
• Experience in mortgage lending, preferably in consulting or sales.
• Sales prowess, a passion for business development, and a love for field sales.
• Digital literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and use them profitably in both customer-facing and internal contexts.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
