Then Remote Sales & Advice - our UBS video advisory unit - is the right place for you! The demand for video advice is growing continuously. Clients appreciate the convenience of personal advice via remote, allowing them to communicate with the bank from any location.

• You are responsible for a customer portfolio and are committed to ensuring that our customers feel they are receiving the best possible support
• You focus entirely on customer support throughout the entire life cycle
• You support our clients with complex issues, such as mortgage extensions
• You use innovative tools, apps and video technology in customer service to create the best possible customer experience

What we wish for

• Experience in advising customers and dealing with demanding customers
• Sound understanding of specialist knowledge
• Hands-on mentality, team player and efficiency
• Efficient and structured way of working and high service orientation
• Routine in the efficient use of IT tools
• Fluent German and a very good command of English also an advantage
• Willingness to establish yourself in a leadership role
