Requirement Engineer Triple A Plus

Tasks

- Understanding and optimizing user journeys, proposing improvements where necessary - Challenging business and technical processes to align them with the standard operating model - Working closely with technology teams to define appropriate solutions - Creating clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications - Monitoring development work to ensure it meets requirements - Maintaining a complete requirements traceability to support robust testing - Reducing defects/change requests through high-quality documentation and design - Coordinating and participating in system tests - Collaborating with other Scrum, product, and technology teams to achieve optimal results - Creating user manuals, training materials, and presentations for various target audiences - Providing Level 3 production support, including issue analysis, specification, Triple-A configuration, and testing

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field - Strong professional skills and experience:

• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
• Strong written and spoken English, French, and/or German are a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
