Requirement Engineer Triple A Plus

Tasks

• Understanding and optimizing user journeys, generating suggestions for improvement
• Review business and technical processes to align them with the standard operating model
• Close collaboration with technology teams to define tailored solutions
• Developing clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications
• Monitoring development work to ensure that it meets requirements
• Maintaining comprehensive requirement traceability to support robust testing
• Reducing errors and change requests through high-quality documentation and design
• Coordinate and participate in system tests
• Collaborate with other Scrum, product, and technology teams to achieve optimal results
• Creating user manuals, training materials, and presentations for various target audiences
• Providing Level 3 production support, including fault analysis, troubleshooting, Triple-A configuration, and testing

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Private Banking Business Processes
• Order Management Workflows
• Financial products across various asset classes
• Corporate Actions
• Portfolio Performance Analysis
• Previous practical experience with Triple-A Plus
• In-depth expertise in Triple-A core modules (scripts, formats, screens, IC, IV, HC, etc.)
• Understanding Triple-A technical limitations and data mapping with T24
• Experience in an agile environment (Scrum preferred)

Other useful skills

• Experience with T24/Insight, etc.
• Knowledge of UML and object-oriented design patterns
• Familiarity with database engines and ERD design
• Experience with process design and management tools
