Requirement Engineer Triple A Plus

Tasks

• Understanding and optimizing user experiences, developing recommendations for improvement
• Examine business and technical processes to align them with the standard operating model
• Close collaboration with technology teams to define tailored solutions
• Development of clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications
• Monitoring development work to ensure compliance with requirements
• Maintain complete requirements traceability to support robust testing
• Reducing errors and change requests through high-quality documentation and design
• Coordination of and participation in system tests
• Collaborate with other Scrum, product, and technology teams to achieve optimal results
• Creation of user manuals, training materials, and presentations for various target audiences
• Provision of Level 3 production support, including problem analysis, specification, Triple-A configuration, and testing

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
