Requirement Engineer Triple A Plus

Tasks

- Understand and optimize user journeys, and suggest improvements where necessary - Challenge business and technical processes to align them with the standard operating model - Work closely with technology teams to define appropriate solutions - Create clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications - Track development work to ensure it aligns with requirements - Maintain full requirements traceability to support robust testing - Reduce defects/change requests through high-quality documentation and design - Coordinate and participate in system testing - Collaborate with other Scrum, product, and technology teams to achieve optimal results - Create user manuals, training materials, and presentations for various target audiences - Provide Level 3 production support, including bug analysis, specification, Triple/A configuration, and testing

Requirements

- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field - Strong sense of responsibility and accountability - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Experience with private banking business processes - Experience with order management workflows - Experience with financial products across various asset classes - Experience with corporate activities - Experience with portfolio performance analysis - Previous hands-on experience with Triple/A Plus - In-depth expertise in Triple/A core modules (scripts, formats, screens, IC, DV, HC, etc.) - Understanding of Triple/A technical limitations and data mapping with T24 - Experience in an agile environment (Scrum preferred)

Other useful skills

- Experience with T24 solutions (T24, Insight, etc.) - Knowledge of UML and object-oriented design patterns - Familiarity with database engines and ERD design - Experience with process design and management tools
