Experience in structuring and driving RIB and ClB initiatives based on strategic or prioritized IT topics
Enjoying close collaboration with multiple teams and coordinating among various stakeholders
Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills
Good presentation and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
A solid understanding of IT environments, application management, and governance processes is essential
Communication, problem-solving, social interaction and cross-cultural mindset, empathy and relationship management, coaching, a "can-do" attitude
Negotiation Skills with Different Stakeholder Groups
Fluent in English; knowledge of German would be a plus
