Requirements Engineer / Application Operations Manager
Julius Baer is seeking a Requirements Engineer / Application Operations Manager (100%) in Zurich for a fixed-term contract through January 2027. The role requires experience in developing requirements and creating presentations, as well as coordinating between business and IT stakeholders.

Profile / Requirements
- Extensive experience in creating senior-level communication materials (reports, presentations, scripts, one-page decks, slide decks), user stories, and business plans addressing strategic or prioritized IT topics
- Enjoys working closely with multiple teams and coordinating between various business stakeholders and IT partners
- Strong presentation and communication skills when interacting with business and technical stakeholders
- A solid understanding of IT environments, application management, and governance processes is essential
- Communication, Problem Solving, Social Interaction & Intercultural Awareness, Leadership, Empathy & Relationship Management, Coaching, Can/Do Mindset
- Negotiation skills with various stakeholder groups
- Fluency in English and German would be an advantage
