Research Analyst

Tasks

• Assistance in developing mid-corporate valuation models for real estate and business combinations (i.e., business combinations within various financial institutions).
• Offering long-term support to colleagues by providing customized, easy-to-understand, and accessible evaluation reports.
• Identifying suitable investments.
• Developing investment proposals and raising funds.
• Support for investment decision-making and negotiation processes.
• Building relationships with various organizations, such as governments, nonprofit organizations, or investment firms.
• Monitoring current events affecting the financial industry and drawing conclusions about various factors—such as the economy, interest rates, and technological advancements—that influence the market.
• Understanding the investment research methods used by companies and the various options you may wish to pursue.
• Presentation of data from valuation and acquisition models.
• Analysis of the economic aspects of investment projects and preparation of forecasts (to model financial performance).
• Support and analysis of market research to create investment data models with detailed figures.
• Work on projects such as evaluations, acquisition models, or reports.
