- Conducting sales meetings, coaching, and acquisition
- Representation of Migros Bank in the market area
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in sales management in the banking sector
- Completed degree (university/ETH, SUP, SSS) in economics
- Language skills:
- German (Excellent level)
- Italiano (Livello ottimo)
- French (good knowledge)
- Several years of experience in leading and managing a team in the banking sector and/or in implementing a systematic sales process
- Outstanding leadership and coaching skills, as well as sales excellence
- High degree of cooperation, empathy, and customer focus
- Commitment, intrinsic motivation, and ambition
