• Conducting sales meetings, coaching, and acquisition
• Representation of Migros Bank in the market area
• Management and development of employees

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in sales management in the banking sector
• Degree in Economics (university/ETH, SUP, SSS)
• Languages:
  • German (Excellent level)
  • Italiano (Livello ottimo)
  • French (good knowledge)
• Many years of experience in managing and leading a team in the banking sector and/or in implementing a systematic sales process
• Strong leadership and coaching skills as well as sales excellence
• High level of collaboration, empathy, and customer focus
• Commitment, intrinsic motivation, and ambition
