As Head of Services (Member of the Executive Board), you are responsible for designing and implementing services. You ensure consistent and sustainable management of these roles and actively contribute to the bank’s development.Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- Advanced banking education (e.g., diploma, university degree, or equivalent training)
- Extensive experience in credit management and lending to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at a regional bank
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss legal framework (RMA, compliance, AML)
- Strong decision-making skills, initiative, and a focus on results
- Conducting inspections, delegations, and special tasks
