Credit and Collections Manager

Caisse d'Epargne Courtelary is seeking a Credit and Litigation Administrator with at least 5 years of experience in banking and a solid background in business or law. The successful candidate will work in the Financing Department and assume a leadership role.

Vos missions

Your education:
  • Commercial Associate Degree in Banking, supplemented by advanced studies in economics/law
  • Continuing education in the banking sector (credit, compliance, risk) or in fields related to this sector
  • Training in management and leadership (a plus)
Your experience:
  • Substantial experience in the banking sector (at least 5 years) in financing operations at a Swiss bank
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to the banking sector
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and skills development
Your skills:
  • A dynamic, meticulous, and assertive individual with a taste for risk and a commitment to compliance
  • Analytical skills, prioritization, and team organization
  • A spirit of innovation, collaboration, and proactive communication
  • Proficiency in banking tools, credit systems, and the standard digital environment
  • Native French speaker with the ability to conduct business conversations in German (a plus)
  • Reside in the Grand Chasseral region or be willing to move there
