Your education:- Commercial Associate Degree in Banking, supplemented by advanced studies in economics/law
- Continuing education in the banking sector (credit, compliance, risk) or in fields related to this sector
- Training in management and leadership (a plus)
- Substantial experience in the banking sector (at least 5 years) in financing operations at a Swiss bank
- In-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to the banking sector
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and skills development
- A dynamic, meticulous, and assertive individual with a taste for risk and a commitment to compliance
- Analytical skills, prioritization, and team organization
- A spirit of innovation, collaboration, and proactive communication
- Proficiency in banking tools, credit systems, and the standard digital environment
- Native French speaker with the ability to conduct business conversations in German (a plus)
- Reside in the Grand Chasseral region or be willing to move there
