Credit and Collections Manager

Caisse d'Epargne Courtelary is seeking a Credit and Litigation Administrator with at least 5 years of experience in banking and relevant training. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit and litigation matters and should be a dynamic and meticulous individual with strong analytical skills.

Vos missions

* Your education: * Swiss Federal Certificate (CFC) in Commercial Banking, supplemented by a higher education degree in economics or law * Continuing education in the banking sector (credit, compliance, risk) or in a related field * Training in management and leadership (a plus) * Your experience: * Proven experience in the banking sector (min. 5 years) in financing operations at a Swiss bank * In-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations specific to the banking sector * Proven experience in supervising, monitoring, and developing skills * Your strengths: * Dynamic, rigorous, and assertive personality with a taste for risk and compliance * Analytical skills, ability to manage priorities, and collective organization * Innovative, collaborative, and proactive communication skills * Proficiency in banking tools, credit systems, and the standard digital environment * Native French speaker with the ability to converse professionally in German (a plus) * Residence in the Grand Chasseral region or willingness to relocate there
