Manager of Sales Promotion and Skills Development for the Branch Network
The position of "Responsable Animation commerciale et développement des compétences" involves defining, coordinating, and implementing training programs for the team, as well as assisting the department head with operational tasks. The role requires experience in customer service, teaching skills, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Tasks
- define, coordinate, and contribute to on-the-job training programs for department members (including instructional content and training materials)
- Help support field advisors by reinforcing learning through the sharing of best practices
- to plan, advise, and support the department head on certain leadership and operational management tasks
- Undertake ongoing and ad hoc assignments as needed by the department (analyses related to operational management, cross-functional initiatives on specific topics in collaboration with other units within the Bank, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector
- proven teaching skills
- An asset: experience in a staff position with a strong ability to draft reference documents and decision-support materials
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
