Tasks

• You are a dynamic personality who is well integrated and recognized in the brokerage sector in Suisse romande.
• You will lead, motivate and support a multidisciplinary équipe consisting of broker consultants, account managers and internal staff responsible for broker and partner services.
• They actively participate in numerous projects related to brokers, partners and digitalization.

Requirements

• Sie verfügen über eine universitäre Ausbildung, ein eidgenössisches Diplom in Versicherungen oder einen gleichwertigen Titel.
• French is your mother tongue and you have a good knowledge of German.
• You have several years of experience in team management.
• Sie verfügen über natürliche Führungsqualitäten, inspirieren, geben ein Beispiel und begleiten die Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter.
• They can communicate a clear vision and make decisions.
• You are organized, committed and have a positive attitude, are proactive and have a strong customer focus.
• They are open to change and can easily find their way in a changing environment, especially due to digital developments.
• You are recognized and well integrated in the brokerage world and can naturally assert yourself in a motivated team.
