Responsable Broker & Partner SR (h/f/x)

Tasks

• You are a dynamic personality who is well integrated and recognized in the broker sector in Suisse romande.
• You lead, motivate and accompany a multidisciplinary équipe consisting of consultants for brokers, account managers and internal employees who are responsible for the service for brokers and various partners.
• They actively participate in numerous projects related to brokers, partners and digitalization.

Requirements

• You have a university education, a federal diploma in insurance or an equivalent qualification.
• French is your mother tongue and you have a good knowledge of German.
• You have several years of experience in team management.
• You have a natural leadership quality, inspire, set an example and support the development of your employees.
• You can develop a clear vision and make decisions.
• You are organized, committed and have a positive attitude, are a driving force with a strong customer focus.
• They are open to change and can easily find their way in a changing environment, especially due to digital developments.
• You are recognized and well integrated in the world of brokers and can naturally assert yourself in a motivated team.
