Campus, Learning & Development Manager

La Vaudoise is seeking a Campus Manager for Learning & Development in Lausanne to lead the strategy and operations of the corporate training center. The position involves designing innovative learning solutions, managing teams, and supporting organizational transformation in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

The Position

As part of our ambition to make our Campus training center a true driver of skills development in support of our corporate strategy, we are seeking a Campus, Learning & Development Manager to design and implement innovative, high-impact learning solutions aligned with the strategic priorities, business functions, and skills of the future, and to support the transformation of our organization. The position is based in Lausanne, with occasional visits to our Worklord site.

The missions that await you

  • In collaboration with the HR department to which you report, define and oversee the Campus’s training strategy, in alignment with the HR strategy, business priorities, and changes in job roles
  • Develop an agile and high-performing Campus organization, working closely with business units to anticipate the need for new learning solutions across the entire Group
  • Manages Campus teams, skills, educational policies, requirements for internal and external trainers, and learning programs tailored to employees’ current and future needs
  • Develop and manage the training catalog to offer training paths that align with the learner's pace
  • Design and implement a variety of innovative educational programs and ensure a diversity of learning formats: in-person, e-learning, and blended learning
  • Support transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning within the company
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measure their impact, provide guidance, monitor and report on progress, manage the training budget, coordinate with external service providers, and ensure efficient resource management
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using relevant metrics to ensure that our training offerings are progressively aligned with the needs of our company's site
  • Process Review and Continuous Improvement

What Makes You Unique

  • Extensive experience in facilitating organizational change and in leading corporate training initiatives or project management for skills development
  • Unifying leadership that mobilizes teams and stakeholders
  • Combined strategic and operational expertise and the ability to analyze issues from a cross-functional perspective
  • Ability to assess the situation and analyze results; organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
  • Native French speaker, C1 in German and B2 in English
  • University degree (Master's) or training in instructional design, educational sciences, educational management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in adult education and skills development across various projects
  • Extensive experience in team management, budget oversight, and managing a digital environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry and its regulations
  • Certification in project management or change management is a plus
