Tasks

• Accompany our external service team on customer visits, advise and support them with pension and mortgage products;
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the area of individual and group life insurance and mortgages;
• Regularly monitor the results of the sales teams, find suitable actions in cooperation with the general agents;
• Offer sales trainings and product trainings and ensure their follow-up;
• Promote cross-relationships between the agencies and the directorate.

Requirements

• Holders of a federal professional diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training;
• Professional experience in external service or customer service is required;
• Professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, knowledge of legal and tax aspects are a big plus.
• In addition, you demonstrate customer-oriented problem-solving skills, a high level of commitment and good pedagogical skills. You are also enterprising, autonomous, with a sense of negotiation and integrate well into teams.
