Tasks

• Accompany our external service team on customer visits, advise and support them with pension and mortgage products
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the field of individual and group life insurance and mortgages
• Monitor the results of the sales teams, find appropriate actions in cooperation with the general agents
• Offer sales trainings and product trainings and ensure their follow-up
• Promote cross-relationships between the agencies and the directorate

Requirements

• Holders of a federal professional diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training
• Professional experience in external service or customer service is required
• Professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, knowledge of legal and tax aspects is a great asset
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented mind, good communication skills and pedagogical skills
• Independent, able to negotiate and work in a team
