Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Responsable commercial Prévoyance (h/f/x) for the Lausanne region to support the sales force and brokers in the search and development of solutions for customers in the area of pension provision. The main tasks include attending client meetings, promoting commercial actions and monitoring sales results.

Tasks
- Accompanying the external service on customer visits, providing advice and support with pension and mortgage products
- Proposal and promotion of commercial actions in the field of individual and collective life insurance and mortgages
- Regular monitoring of the sales teams' results, search for suitable actions in cooperation with the general agents
- Conducting sales trainings and product trainings and ensuring their follow-up
- Promoting cross-links between the agencies and the Directorate
Requirements
- Holders of a federal professional diploma as a financial planner or equivalent training
- Professional experience in external service or customer service required
- Professional experience in the field of pensions and finance, knowledge of legal and tax aspects is a great advantage
- Customer and solution-oriented, with strong sales talent and good teaching skills
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, with a sense of negotiation and good teamwork skills
